AUTHOR

Ben’s first book – Light in the Mirror is a practical guide for entrepreneurs and professionals to move from the stress and overwhelm of modern life to living the life of their dreams with abundant love, happiness and success. Light in the Mirror is slated to come out in the Fall of 2024 and you can read the first three chapters by joining Ben’s community. In addition to his book, been regularly publishes articles and think-pieces on Medium. Ben is currently working on his second book, Spiritual Entrepreneurship, which is set to release in 2025.

As CEO of BlueSky Power, Ben has helped schools, institutions and governments realize a clean energy future with over $300 Million of clean energy projects and microgrids completed. In addition to creating an innovative and collaborative culture, Ben oversaw the development and financing of each project. As an inspirational thought leader on the clean energy transition, microgrids and resiliency, Ben regularly speaks at conferences and webinars about advancing resilient clean energy.

2017 Energy Solutions Center Project of the Year for clean energy microgrid
2023 American Society of Civil Engineers Project of the Year Award under $10 million, for clean power on GEMS Landfill, America’s first Super Fund site

Prior to starting his entrepreneurial journey in 2008, Ben was a Public Finance Attorney representing states, municipalities, and universities as counsel on over $4 Billion of capital project financings for airports, schools, water systems, higher education facilities and industrial development projects.
